Sonya is an accredited UKCP Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor specialising in trauma and addiction over the past 12 years.  Experienced in using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing) for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), past abuse, rape, phobias and addiction. She is also a member of BACP (The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), HAP & EAGALA , accredited to EMDR UK & Ireland & UKCP.
